DC Alley
Some areas in South DC are nice. This area was 1/2 and 1/2 cause there were crackheads across the street. We're signing a Management Contract with the owner of one of the row homes here who's tenant pays $3000/mo for 2000 sq ft. The owner has 3 other properties as well that we will be managing. 2nd week out here went great! Adding 8-10 units this week with the owners we found last week.

Well now that we have moved away from most of our friends and soon our family i am determined to figure out the blog again. Honestly i never really learned how to do it, i had a very easy link on my phone that made it fool proof to do. So be patient with me, as i learn to BLOG again.. :)
