DC Alley

Some areas in South DC are nice. This area was 1/2 and 1/2 cause there were crackheads across the street. We're signing a Management Contract with the owner of one of the row homes here who's tenant pays $3000/mo for 2000 sq ft. The owner has 3 other properties as well that we will be managing. 2nd week out here went great! Adding 8-10 units this week with the owners we found last week.
