The Garden Spot Village in New Holland PA was my First 1/2 Marathon. Hopefully it wont be my last. It was such a fun weekend! In the picture from left to right is Heather, Holly, Jackie and Me. The race was about 2 1/2 away and started at 8 am so we went up the night before. It was a fun little get away! All four families came, We Carbo Loaded the night before, and then got up and went to the race. The families came a little later. It was pretty cold out. It was alot of fun when it was over! Not so much while i was running but when it was over it was. I am glad i can say i have done a 1/2 Marathon. New Holland PA is Amish Town! It was alot of fun to see all the Horses and Buggies, and had Real Homeade Ice Cream that was GREAT!!.
