So we had this great idea to have a Fondue Lunch Date and it turned out perfect. The kids were sleeping and all the food was hot and tasty! Steph prepared the Bread, Fruit and Vegetables while I made the MEAT :) We had a great couple hours eating and talking.... Can't believe that we've been married for over 3 years! I think we are officially old folk :) We are now needing to prepare for dealing with teenager's. I don't think it's too early cause I remember how hard-headed we were as teenagers and if this world continues to go in the direction it's going now we'll have a lot of unteaching and explaining to do :) It'll be fun though..... I hope. Maryland and DC are still great! Business with busy people is fast and furious but it is paying off. We are in the process of opening our DC office and it is a lot of work. Good thing we have BJ who keeps everything together while I wander helping people see the Value in our services. We work on the Holidays but it's great to know that when our children start school we won't ever have to ask for a day/week/month off :) "Work Now, Play(and Work when you want) Later" is my motto.... I love meeting new people everyday and by the time we move from here I guarantee we'll have enough stories to last a lifetime.

A TIME TO SMILE :)
So it's been a great few months since we've been here in MD and I'd have to say that it's been something to definitely smile about. Things and people are so different here, but its great. We've definitely had to become more rough around the edges and at times pretty dang BLUNT to get accross to some people here. Our family is still continuing to grow and be happy. Teagan can repeat almost everything we say and has been talking up a storm lately. Stephanie, my hotter than hot wife, has been acting like a track star lately by running 3 miles every other day of the week and the other day she ran 6 miles!!! I was never the type to run for fun or for free. I like to run when i'm doing something competitive. Anyhow, I am taking up Church Ball again and am rounding up the boys to play every thursday night! Gotta keep up with this hottie wife of mine. Oh yeah, so this gorgeous little girl Aaliyah has been smiling so big lately but for some reason I never have my phone/camera ready when she does :( I'll get her one of these days.
Work has been Busy Busy Busy lately especially since we lost our secretary the other day :( It's all for the better though. We just acquired 17 more units last week to manage and more are still comin in. BJ has been signing leases, paying bills, keeping owners happy and taking care of all our maintenance as well. Things are moving right along as scheduled and it looks like we'll be growing at a steady pace from here on out.

NO HILLS IN MARYLAND
We had to resort to sliding down the Snow Plow build up cause there aren't any hills here :) Teagan still had fun.

Welcome Back!
So we haven't posted in forever :( We are officially back in Blog World for now at least. Here are some pictures to update you all on what is going on with us now. For New Years we headed to NY to celebrate with the Mckellars and it was a lot of fun. We stayed with Nicole's family and it was a blast. Teagan loved Times Square and Aaliyah was a doll on the trip. It was about a 6 1/2 hour drive there and a 4 1/2 back. We even got the opportunity to meet a snobby NY police officer who was mad cause he got stuck in a toll booth for the day. We pulled up and the Officer asked for $11.20! For 1 toll!! I didn't have $11.20 in cash so I picked up my cell to call BJ who was right behind me and the officer said, (with a heavy Noo Yoka'accent) "You know what you doin? Yo' breakin the Law and im not gonna take it. Take the phone away from yo' ear and take a walk!. I was very tempted to call him something bad like Renta Cop but I knew it'd only equal a ticket and fines for me so I bit my tongue and took a walk. Poor guy stuck in a toll booth all day. Now we're back in MD ready to get back to work! Business is going great, we've been picking up multiple units every week and placing tenants in a lot as well. Life in the East is pretty lay back but straight forward at the same time. You gotta saty ON LINE like the Noo Yoka's say :) Till next time.....Enjoy
Teagan and Mommy on a Beach/Sound in the Hamptons NY

Happy New Years in Times Square!
